CLUB MEMBERS TERMS & CONDITIONS

REPRESENTATION

Your Club must nominate a Representative .  They will be the designated spokesperson and point of contact.  We would encourage them to join and actively participate within BEIRC committee.

BOOKING

Provisional booking of the arena/s will be made online.  These bookings must then be emailed to enquiries@beirc.co.uk  for confirmation.

Each club is entitled to two competition dates within the membership year 1st October to 30th September.  Competition dates include the booking of both indoor arenas.  Club competition dates will take precedence over other activities.  The Committee hold a template of events which take place throughout the year so we have an approximate idea of when clubs require dates.  If you are holding an additional competition or require a change of date for an existing competition please contact Kelly to discuss.   Extra dates can be booked at a cost of £200 Main arena and £100 Warm up.  (Competition includes any income generating activity).

When booking the arenas for training, in the interest of fairness, any persons attending individual lessons arranged through a club must become a member of BEIRC to attend.  The committee reserve the right to request a list of participants attending. 

If your booking is to be cancelled please remove this from the online calendar.   A text MUST be sent to 07898 603064 confirming the cancellation.

It is the responsibility of your Club to perform a risk assessment before commencement of any usage.  Any issues must be reported to 07898 603064.

HOUSEKEEPING

The housekeeping of the facility is your Club’s responsibility.  The arenas, parking and surrounding areas must be left clean of litter & droppings.  All droppings must be emptied into a muck heap and not left in any containers.  The facility must be checked by the club once everyone has left. 

Horses/Ponies must not be left unattended tied to vehicles. 

Harrowing – it is the responsibility of your club to ensure that the arenas are left in a usable condition.  If your club is unable to undertake this then other arrangements must be made.  Please contact 07898 603064 to discuss.

All damages must be reported to 07898 603064.

No Horses/Ponies are to be left unattended inside the arenas. 

There are to be no hay nets tied inside the arenas. 

No Horses/Ponies are to be turned out loose and unattended into any of the arenas.

No lunging in the main arena.

There is to be NO smoking within any of the buildings on the property.

All Dogs must be kept under control at all times.

The Committee accept no liability for any injury or damage to persons or property caused whilst using the facilities including the access and the parking area.

Any person, when mounted, must wear a hat to the current Pony/Riding Club standard.

Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an appropriate adult at all times.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the details we hold for your club are correct.  Please notify us if there is any change to contact details.

If the Terms of Membership are found to be breached or abused the Committee reserve the right to suspend or cancel the membership.  No refund will be given.
