Arena bookings are to be made online on www.beirc.co.uk. As a member, you will be given a User Name and Membership number to allow you to book. This is for your own use – please do not share your details with anyone else. Please let us know if you think that the security of your details have been breached.
Individual Members can book up to 2 weeks in advance.
Membership allows you to book Main Indoor, Small Indoor or the Outdoor arena subject to availability.
We encourage members to share bookings to maximize use. If you require a private booking please remember to use the option on the online booking system to make note.
When attending organised training at the facility, please remember that time spent counts toward your allocated Membership time even though you have not made the booking.
No Horses/Ponies are to be left unattended inside the arenas. There are to be no hay nets tied inside the arenas. No Horses/Ponies are to be turned out loose into any of the arenas. There is to be NO lunging in the main arena.

The housekeeping of the facility is your responsibility. The arenas must be left clean of litter & droppings. The parking and surrounding areas must be cleared of droppings and hay. All droppings must be emptied into a muck heap and not left in any containers.
Horses/Ponies must not be left unattended tied to vehicles.
If your booking is to be cancelled please remove this from the online calendar. If you fail to remove your booking then further bookings within the month may not be possible due to your allowance.
The Committee accept no liability for any accident, damage, injury or theft to persons or property caused whilst using the facilities including the access and the parking area.
Any person, when mounted, must wear a hat to the current Pony/Riding Club standard
Anyone under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.
Those wishing to make use of the showjumping equipment must confirm, by the check box on our online membership form, that they are competent to use such equipment. The equipment must be checked by the member before use - any faulty equipment must not be used and should be reported as above. The equipment should only be used within your ability, BEIRC does not accept responsibility for any damage to persons or property, however caused, whilst using the facility and the equipment.
If the Terms of Membership are found to be breached or abused the Committee reserve the right to suspend or cancel the membership. No refund will be given.
Smoking is not permitted within any building.
All dogs must be kept on a lead or under strict control at all times. There may be other members using the facility at the same time as you and they must be respected.
Please note that there is a 20mph speed limit on the entrance road.
